Three Season Models
All the Three Season Models come with our standard 2” X 3” insulated wall construction, your choice of vinyl siding colours, interior panelling, patio door and a 3” insulated roof. You can upgrade the exterior of the room by adding shutters in your choice of colour or add side-lites to the glass slider patio door for more viewing area.
Extended Season Models
The Extended Season Models come with our standard 2” X 4” insulated wall construction, your choice of vinyl siding colours, interior panelling and a 3” insulated roof. Windows and doors are thermal pane energy star rated, Low E and Argon filled. This beautiful model provides enjoyment most of the year depending on your climate.
All Season Models
All Season Models provide a beautiful second living space. Decorating possibilities are endless; create a living space with comfortable furniture. Increase the number of rooms by adding a divider wall for a custom office or bedroom. You have endless possibilities. Standard quality features includes 6" wall and 6" hard top as well as energy star rated thermal pane windows and doors.
Hard Top Roof System
Hard Tops add superior protection for your deck or room model, and are designed to meet or exceed Ontario Building Code requirements for snow load. A hard top creates an outdoor living room, perfect for dining or relaxing. If you already have an existing H&H hard top you have the option of closing in the space by building walls under.
Aluminum Railing System
Our Aluminum Railings are custom built for your space. Choose from picket, glass or a combination of picket and glass. The key advantages of our aluminum railing system are strength, durability and no-paint maintenance. Aluminum is the most weather resistant material available today and also Eco -
friendly.
